1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember information about your visit and improve your experience.

This policy explains what cookies this website sets, why, and how to control them.

2. Cookies we use

We currently use only strictly necessary cookies required for the website to function:

Cookies used on the LiberateOS website
Cookie namePurposeDurationType
NEXT_LOCALEStores your language preference (English or Hebrew) so it persists between pages.1 yearStrictly necessary
__Host-next-auth.csrf-tokenCSRF protection for form submissions. Not a tracking cookie.SessionStrictly necessary

3. Analytics cookies

We may in future add a privacy-respecting analytics provider (such as Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless by default). If we do, we will update this policy and the cookie table above before deploying.

We will not add analytics that track you across websites, build advertising profiles, or require a consent banner for initial page load. If a consent-required analytics provider is ever used, we will implement a consent mechanism first.

4. No patient data

This marketing website does not process, store, or transmit any patient data or brain-derived EEG session data. All such data is handled exclusively in the LiberateOS clinical product infrastructure, governed by separate data processing agreements. See our Trust page for the product's data architecture.

5. How to control cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect website functionality (for example, your language preference will not be remembered). Most browsers allow you to delete cookies, block all cookies, or block cookies from specific sites. Refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions.
