Building the infrastructure for a category that doesn't exist yet.

LiberateOS closes the loop between brain activity and adaptive VR — and brings that closed loop into the clinic, with a privacy architecture built for biometric data from day one.

The opportunity

A large market with a specific, unoccupied gap.

The global wellness technology market is substantial and growing. Within it, the segment that uses objective physiological data — biofeedback, neurofeedback, wearable-informed sessions — is expanding as consumer hardware matures and the science moves to the mainstream.

The gap LiberateOS occupies is specific: a clinic-ready, privacy-compliant, EEG-VR wellness system that a non-technical clinician can operate. That combination does not exist in the market today. We are not competing with consumer wellness apps — we are building the infrastructure layer for a new clinical service category.

Large addressable market

Thousands of wellness clinics in our launch market; EU market access is architecturally ready from day one.

Recurring revenue model

Subscription per clinic (hardware + software + support). Predictable ARR, low churn once integrated into clinical workflow.

Compliance as a moat

Strict biometric-data privacy regulation creates a barrier to entry for privacy-lazy competitors. Our architecture is the compliance advantage — and it is structural, not a configuration.

Why now

Four tailwinds — all arrived at once.

Consumer VR reached clinic quality

Meta Quest headsets are reliable, comfortable, and affordable enough for clinical deployment. The hardware risk is gone.

Dry EEG is ready

Consumer-grade dry-electrode EEG now produces reproducible signal quality sufficient for wellness applications — no specialist setup required.

Privacy regulation is clear

Regulatory clarity around biometric brain data is established. Building to strict biometric-privacy standards first creates a genuine market differentiator — and a structural moat.

Clinic demand is unsatisfied

Clinics actively seek evidence-aware, differentiating wellness services. The demand is ahead of the supply. The category is forming.

Traction

Where we are today.

LiberateOS is in active development with a Q1 2027 pilot target. The core platform — EEG integration, adaptive VR, Provider Dashboard, privacy architecture — is in build. Key milestones:

Ofer Iluz

Founder

Ofer Iluz is a precision mechanical engineer who spent his career keeping complex, high-stakes machines running — until he turned the same diagnostic eye on his own life. After witnessing his father's brain rewire itself in recovery, he set out to build the closed loop he couldn't find anywhere else. LiberateOS is the result.
